Initial Deposit

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an Island Fanatics 3D LLC Ultimate Feteran or Bacchanalist package. Deposits are non-refundable 3 days from when the initial payment is made. The remaining balance will be broken up into equal monthly installments. All payments must be completed by May 31, 2025. Payments are due by the 15th day of each month. Full payments can be made before the last day specified.

You can pay deposits for the persons sharing a double occupancy room by selecting a quantity of 2 at check out. If the second person is booking separately, they must book a “double occupancy” package within 5 days of this initial booking in order for this reservation to be confirmed at the price specified by respective packages and to avoid additional charges. You must provide the full legal names and contact information of each person on this reservation at check out.

Upon making your deposit(s), you will be contacted via email with a reservation confirmation and details about making recurring payments. (Please allow 24-48 hours)

Carnival Hopper Experience

Persons wishing to participate in Island Fanatics 3D’s 11th anniversary tour will be able to indicate any additional package they wish to book for the ultimate carnival island hopping experience at the start of checkout.

***Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Each full package is inclusive of a $500 non-refundable fee.

**** Monthly payments over 10 days late are subject to a late fee of $20 USD. All overdue balances will be carried over to the next payment period, including late fees. Also note that late fees will be compounding for each pay period missed. Customer acknowledges that Island Fanatics 3D LLC reserves the right to withhold packages and all payments made towards that said package, if the customer fails to make a full payment to close their account balance by May 31, 2025.
